This champagne, gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice drink come garnished with a touch of lemon zest and a cocktail cherry. try also this strawberry cheesecake slice recipe too.
Ingredients
Drink For 1 glass of 1.25 dl
ice cubes to cool
4 cl of quality gins, for example, Monkey 47
2 cl sugar syrup, or homemade (syrup sugar and water, 1: 1), in speciality stores
2 cl of lemon juice
champagne to complete
Lemon peel
1 cocktail cherry for garnish, from speciality stores
Freind's kitchen recipes, Salami chips.
How to proceed
Preparation: approx. 5 minutes
Cool the glass with ice. Pour 3 ice cubes, gin, syrup and lemon juice into the shaker. Close tightly and shake vigorously for approx. 20 seconds. Pour into the glass, without the ice.
